AIMS provides personalized, community-based support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who want to live with greater independence. Whether through Independent Living Skills (ILS) or Supported Living Services (SLS), our goal is to meet each person where they are—and support them in getting where they want to go.

​We work as a team alongside the individual, their family or conservator, regional center staff, and other care providers to build a path forward that reflects the client’s goals, strengths, and lived experience. We believe every person has potential, and that with the right support and encouragement, that potential can thrive.
